Coteswick Mews
Working closely with the land owner to acquire a successful planning application and working with our own award-winning design & build team, we were able to provide this exclusive housing development in Charnwood.
Barber's Cottage
Formerly a commercial building, the property became available for re-design and went through an extensive conversion. The project comprised a 4-bed house, designed for an adult with learning difficulties.
William Street
A great example of an HMO refurbishment project and one of our latest conversions for a large student property. This terraced house was redesigned and remodelled to accommodate 6 students in the highly sought after area near to Loughborough University. Adding style and purpose to the student accommodation sector.
